Tom, Anna, Grandad and the kids were out for the day, and it was up to the kids to make a choice. They all voted for Alton Towers amusement park. They left in the early hours of the day to miss the morning traffic on their journey. Wow, there was a lot to do—what first? They went on most rides and could not believe their luck that it was quite easy to get on the rides with no long waiting queues.

Lunchtime approached, and Grandad had said he would treat the family to lunch, but where were Grandad and Tommy? They looked everywhere and could not see them. Tom asked Harry to go back to the last ride and see if he could see them. Harry returned after 5 minutes. "No, I could not find them," he said. Anna said, "This is a good time to try out the new AirTag trackers I bought." She opened her iPhone and clicked on the AirTag tracker names for Grandad and then Tommy. It took about 2 minutes, and the map appeared showing they were only 800 meters away from the family. They followed the map on the app, and there they were, sitting on a bench. Grandad was ready to call Anna and had just got his mobile out of his pocket when he saw the family approaching them. "How did you find us?" he asked Anna. She explained that they both had a small AirTag tracker on their key ring, and that is how they were found.

Heather and her family had just finished an enjoyable holiday in Hong Kong; the flight home was long but comfortable. On arrival back in Miami, Heather collected her luggage from the conveyor belt and was waiting for her last 3 suitcases to arrive. The conveyor belt was empty, and she thought, "Where are my suitcases?" She made her way to the service desk and inquired if all bags had been unloaded. The customer service agent made a quick phone call and could only confirm, "They have, madam." Heather told her and showed her the stubs on her ticket that she was missing 3 suitcases. The agent asked her to fill out a missed luggage claim form.

After she completed the form, Heather said to the agent, "Let me try to see if I can find the suitcases," and she opened her iPhone and Find My app and clicked on the AirTag trackers corresponding to the missing suitcases. It took nearly 3 minutes, and then they appeared on the map. On enlarging the map, she could see they were still at Hong Kong Airport. The agent asked Heather if she could take a screenshot and send it to her; she would forward this to Hong Kong together with the details on the claim form. A couple of hours later, Heather received a phone call from Hong Kong confirming that her suitcases had been found and would be on the next available flight back to Miami.

Annemieke had just finished work, and what a day it had been, so she decided she deserved a nice glass of rosé before heading home. She walked to her favourite bar and sat outside on the terrace, waiting for her well-deserved glass of rosé. She took her mobile out of her handbag and opened it to read her emails, when a few tables away from her, a small argument broke out. She looked up to see what had happened, but after a few minutes, the peace and quiet returned.

She was really enjoying her rosé when she suddenly realised that her handbag was gone. She looked under her chair and table, but no, it was not there. She asked the couple sitting next to her if they had seen anything, but no, they had not. What now? She opened her mobile and opened the Find My Devices app, and clicked on her icon for handbag and keys. Both had an AirTag tracker attached to them. She had to wait for a couple of minutes, and then a map appeared showing her handbag was making its way to the train station. Without any hesitation, Annemieke called the police. She told her story and was put on hold. After a few minutes, the call handler came back to her and asked if she could walk the same route as her handbag had taken—she would be met by 2 police officers returning her handbag, and yes, the thief was arrested. Annemieke could not believe that the 2 AirTag trackers, which were very cheap to purchase, were working so well.
